Epics DAO Joins DoubleZero Mainnet-beta to Strengthen Solana Validator Infrastructure and Achieve IBRL (Increase Bandwidth, Reduce Latency)

Epics DAO announced that it has joined the DoubleZero Mainnet-beta to further strengthen the infrastructure of Solana mainnet validator.
About the DoubleZero Network

DoubleZero is a high-performance global network used by more than 200 validators, including Coinbase and Galaxy. By providing dedicated high-speed links, it avoids congestion and unnecessary delays on the public internet, enabling low-latency and stable communication between validators. The integration is simple and provides features optimized for distributed systems, such as exclusive routing and multicast data transport.
The Significance of Joining DoubleZero
Epics DAO has been operating a Solana mainnet validator for over a year while supporting open-source development. By joining DoubleZero, Epics DAO has established a low-latency and stable network foundation, further strengthening its high-performance validator operations.
This validator also plays a central role in supporting ERPC’s Stake-Weighted QoS (SWQoS) infrastructure. Improvements in performance and staking stability directly contribute to enhancing the overall quality of ERPC’s transaction services. In particular, it contributes significantly to the stability of the RPC infrastructure in the Frankfurt region.
ERPC Preparing to Join DoubleZero
ERPC, as a Solana RPC platform, is also preparing to join the DoubleZero Network. By leveraging DoubleZero’s dedicated global Solana backbone, ERPC will integrate into a worldwide network of high-speed, low-latency connections.
This step allows ERPC to benefit from exclusive, congestion-free routing and stable validator-to-validator communication, while at the same time contributing to the strengthening of the global Solana ecosystem by building a more robust, reliable, and efficient distributed network.
Challenges Solved by ERPC
- Transaction failures and latency fluctuations common in general RPC environments
- Performance limitations imposed by many infrastructure providers
- Significant impact of network distance on communication quality
- Limited access to high-quality infrastructure for smaller projects
During the development of Epics DAO, a Solana NFT card game project, we faced the challenge that high-quality and fast Solana development environments were not easily accessible. To solve this, we built our own platform, and based on that expertise, we now provide ERPC and SLV.
Applications in the financial sector are particularly mission-critical, where latency and errors directly affect user experience. In Solana development, overlapping factors such as distributed validators and Web3-specific mechanisms make it difficult to maintain a clear overview, and many projects have struggled with delays and instability.
We provide the high-performance infrastructure required, contributing to improved development experience and user experience across the Solana ecosystem. ERPC and SLV are positioned as integral parts of this mission.
