ERPC: Continuously Sold-Out AMD Ryzen 9950X Dedicated Bare Metal Servers Back in Limited Stock in Frankfurt — The Fastest Configuration for Solana Development and AI Agents, First Come First Served

ERPC, operated by ELSOUL LABO B.V. (Amsterdam, Netherlands) and Validators DAO, is pleased to announce that the AMD Ryzen 9950X (Metal APP++) dedicated bare metal servers — a configuration that has been continuously sold out — are back in limited stock in Frankfurt and Amsterdam.
Only a handful of units are available per region. Previous restocks sold out within a short period, and early sellout is expected again. If you are considering this configuration, we encourage you to inquire as soon as possible.
Restocked Configuration

- Metal APP++ (AMD Ryzen 9950X / 5.7GHz / 16 Cores / €398/mo) — High performance focused configuration
192GB ECC DDR5 RAM, 2 x 1TB NVMe SSD, 10Gbps x 2 Network, 100TB Traffic Included. Full-throttle Turbo, unlimited ERPC platform internal traffic, and Zero-Distance Communication with the ERPC Platform come standard.
Availability
This restock covers Prime data centers in both Frankfurt and Amsterdam. Supply is extremely limited with only a few units remaining.
The balance-focused Metal APP+ (AMD Ryzen 7950X / €298/mo) remains dead stock in both regions with availability only through cancellation-based turnover. We are continuously working to strengthen procurement of the 9950X configuration as well, but since we select only high-performance, trusted first-class resources, physical constraints on inventory and rack space apply.
Why the 9950X Is Perpetually Sold Out
Fastest Clock Speed on the Market
The AMD Ryzen 9950X delivers the fastest boost clock on the market at 5.7GHz among consumer-grade CPUs. For workloads with memory requirements up to 192GB, it outperforms server-grade CPUs in single-thread performance and responsiveness, making it the fastest and most cost-effective choice for Solana application development and AI agent workloads.
At ERPC, this CPU runs at full throttle with zero performance compromises. CPU power-saving features (C-states) are disabled, the CPU governor is locked to performance mode, and kernel parameters and network stack optimizations are fully applied — a configuration that eliminates every form of performance throttling.
Unleashing a market-leading CPU with zero performance saves — few platforms can deliver this configuration, and that is the structural reason why demand consistently outpaces supply.
The Foundation of Epic Shreds Max — The Fastest Solana Shredstream Starts Here
The 9950X bare metal server is not only a runtime environment for Solana applications — it is also the foundation of ERPC's top-tier Solana Shredstream product, Epic Shreds Max (€980/mo).

Epic Shreds is the premium Solana Shredstream delivered with minimum hops from the Epics DAO Validator, ranked 5th in the Shinobi Performance Pool and 6th among all Solana validators. In same-environment benchmarks, Epic Shreds recorded a 95.82% win rate against conventional Shredstream, with approximately 234ms of speed advantage at P99.
The fastest tier, Epic Shreds Max, is built on 9950X bare metal. When 9950X inventory runs out, Epic Shreds Max can no longer be provisioned. For those seeking the fastest Solana Shredstream available, this restock represents a limited window of opportunity.

Why Frankfurt and Amsterdam
The European Core Where 55% of Solana Stake Is Concentrated
On the Solana network, Frankfurt, Amsterdam, and London collectively account for approximately 55% of total network stake, forming the core network zone. Frankfurt holds the world's largest stake concentration, with Amsterdam ranked second globally.
Building high-speed connectivity to Solana requires physical proximity to validators. ERPC's bare metal servers apply an additional layer of filtering within these regions:
- Only data centers capable of delivering high performance — facilities that allow full-throttle operation with no power or network throttling
- Only data centers with high validator density — facilities where physical proximity to the Solana network is assured
This dual filtering ensures that simply deploying on the ERPC platform structurally guarantees performance.
Sharing a Private Network with the Solana Network
ERPC's bare metal servers share the same data center network as Solana validators. This is an internal network path that bypasses the public internet, providing structural advantages in both latency and jitter.
Critically, this internal network traffic incurs no additional charges. Communication with every service on the ERPC platform — Solana RPC, Solana Geyser gRPC, Solana Shredstream, SWQoS endpoints — is available with no additional network fees. High-speed connectivity you can use without worrying about extra costs — this is the structural advantage of the ERPC platform.
The "Safety" of Major Cloud Vendors Is Costing You Performance
Why Cloud Cannot Structurally Achieve Maximum Speed
When choosing infrastructure based on brand reputation, many teams default to major cloud vendors. However, in Solana's high-frequency processing where every millisecond counts, cloud architectures are structurally incapable of delivering maximum speed.
Cloud infrastructure is built on multiple stacked layers — virtualization, network abstraction, multi-tenant configurations. Each layer adds latency, forming a performance ceiling. Furthermore, bare metal offerings from cloud vendors frequently feature outdated hardware sold at premium prices, with network usage fees that scale unpredictably.
"It's a major provider, so it must be reliable." "It's cloud, so it must be fast." — These assumptions are keeping you from the performance you should be achieving.
ERPC — Maximum Speed from Day One
ERPC integrates the Solana RPC platform with bare metal servers, VPS, Solana Shredstream, Solana Geyser gRPC, and Unlimited Endpoints within a single unified platform. Simply deploying on the platform gives you the fastest communication paths, pre-optimized configurations, and Solana-specific tuning from the start.
You don't need deep data center expertise to access the fastest environment — this is the design philosophy of ERPC.
SLV — Migration and Backup in a Single Command
Full Environment Migration — SLV Migrate Linux
If you're considering migrating from your current environment, the open-source Solana development tool SLV removes the barriers. SLV Migrate Linux copies your entire Linux environment — user data, configurations, installed packages, and SLV node setup — to the destination server with high fidelity, all from a single SLV CLI command.
From cloud to bare metal, from legacy servers to the latest generation — regardless of destination, migration completes in a single command.
E2E Encrypted Backup — SLV Backup
SLV Backup provides end-to-end encrypted backup using industry-standard AES-256 encryption. All backup data is encrypted client-side before upload, ensuring that the storage server never has access to plaintext data. It supports daily, weekly, and monthly automated backups, with one-command restoration when needed.
Server-side resources are dedicated 100% to performance, while data safety is secured through encrypted backups on ERPC Global Storage. Performance and data security, achieved simultaneously.

The Development Environment for the AI Agent Era
Multi-agent parallel development powered by AI agents such as OpenClaw, Claude Code, and Codex is rapidly becoming mainstream. Bare metal servers equipped with 10Gbps ultra-high-speed networking and the fastest CPUs on the market deliver development velocity that home network environments simply cannot match.
An environment where AI communication is never the bottleneck, where multi-agent parallel processing reaches its full potential — this is why performance-focused professionals continue to choose ERPC.
Epics DAO Validator — Top 5 Achieved, Still Accelerating
The Epics DAO Validator powering ERPC's SWQoS endpoints has reached 5th place in the Shinobi Performance Pool and ranks 6th among all Solana validators. With over 200,000 SOL in active stake, it is highly rated across skip rate, vote latency, Compute Units, and APY.
Shinobi Performance Pool: https://xshin.fi/#Validators
By placing a 9950X bare metal server on the ERPC platform, you share a private network with this top-performing validator. Validator improvements translate directly into SWQoS endpoint quality and Epic Shreds delivery speed. The moment of purchase is not the peak — the entire platform continues to get faster as the validator grows. This is ERPC's structural advantage.
5 Consecutive Years of WBSO Approval
ELSOUL LABO has received consecutive approvals since 2022 under the WBSO, the Dutch government's R&D tax incentive program. Ongoing research into ultra-low-latency Solana RPC infrastructure and automated validator placement and operations orchestration continues, with results directly reflected in platform performance improvements.
R&D outcomes are cumulative, and the rate of improvement accelerates over time.
Next-Generation Option — AS200261 Solana-Optimized Data Center
ELSOUL LABO has been assigned its own ASN (AS200261) by RIPE NCC and is progressing toward the launch of a top-tier Solana-optimized data center. The facility features unified latest-generation hardware — 5th Gen AMD EPYC, 5th Gen AMD Threadripper PRO (9975WX and above), and 5th Gen NVMe — combined with optimal network path engineering through the company's own ASN.
Availability is expected from the end of this month through next month, serving as the foundation for further acceleration. The initial lot is fully reserved, with subsequent inventory allocated by waitlist order.
Premium Resource Pricing Trends
Rapid demand growth in AI and blockchain is driving continued absorption of rack space in data centers with superior connectivity, and procurement costs are rising year over year. Demand concentration toward well-positioned configurations is structural, as performance translates directly into value.
Now is the most favorable time to secure high-performance resources.
